1. Emails sent to all employees will be moderated for appropriate content, accuracy and audience (routine checks for spelling, attachments).
  2. The moderator will determine whether to refer you to 
  • PGST-Announcements Teams channel
  • Send back for Edits or Attachments
  • Reject message

Approved Senders e.g. IT, HR, Tribal Administration can bypass the Moderator.  Everyone-else will be reviewed.
