On your computer open a web browser and go to https://office.com click on Sign In
Enter your email address. Click on Can't access account
Click on Work or school account
Type the characters and click Next
On your phone open the Microsoft Authenticator enter the code. Click Next
Create a new password. Click Finish
(Note: Password complexity at least 14 characters, a number, a special character, cannot use the last 5 passwords)
