Submit a Freshdesk help ticket to the PGST Information Technology Department.

Step 1) Navigate to portgamblesklallamtribe.freshdesk.com, and click "LOGIN" to log into the Freshdesk website:




Step 2) Scroll down and click "Are you a customer? Login here":




Step 3) Enter your work email and click "Next":




Step 4) Enter your work password and click "Sign in":




Step 5) Click "Yes" to remain logged into the Freshdesk portal, or you may click "No":




Step 6) Click "New Support Ticket" to create a new ticket, or you may browse the Knowledge base for guidance on a variety of topics:
