Access resources such as Great Plains, BI360, ChildPlus, NextGen, Sage, TAS, or Progeny ES using a desktop application while on the PGST network without needing a separate VPN.
You can access the Parallels Remote Application Server (RAS) two ways, either via the Parallels Web Client or the Parallels Client app. Once you successfully access the Parallels RAS, any shared folders you have access to will be available. Note: You do not need a VPN when accessing the Parallels RAS.
Please follow the instructions below to configure the connection to the Parallels RAS in the Parallels Client app on an iMac, MacBook Air, or MacBook Pro running macOS Sonoma. If you are on a device running macOS Ventura or Monterey, some steps may be different from what you see here.

How to Access the Parallels RAS using the Parallels Client app - Windows Version
Step 1) Open the Parallels Client app. The icon looks like this:
Step 2) Click “Create Connection...” in the Parallels Client app to configure the connection to the Parallels RAS:
Step 3) Enter “ pg-rdsgw-svr.pgst.nsn.us:443 “ in the text field, and click “Next”:
Step 4) Review the information and click “OK”:
Step 5) Enter your work username and password in the text fields. Click OFF the checkbox for “Save Password” and then click “Log In”:
Step 6) If you see this option, you can click “Select” to create a desktop shortcut to your shared folders:
Note: This is the desktop shortcut.
Step 7) If you see this pop-up, click “Don’t ask me again” and “Confirm” to grant the Parallels Client app access to your Home folder, otherwise, skip to Step 10:
Step 8) Click “Open”:
Step 9) Click “Done”:
Step 10) You now see all the shared folders you have access to on the Parallels RAS using the Parallels Client app:
