Access ChildPlus using a web browser without needing a separate VPN.

    In order to access ChildPlus from a web browser, you first need to log into the Parallels Remote Application Server (RAS). Please first complete the instructions from the solution article in the following link. You can follow the How to Access ChildPlus using the Parallels Web Client link at the bottom of the solution article to return to this article.

Once you complete the previous instructions, use the following instructions to access ChildPlus:

Step 1) Click on the ECEP shared folder:

Note: Only folders you have access to will appear.

Step 2) Click on the "ChildPlus.net" icon to launch the ChildPlus desktop:

Step 3) Log into the ChildPlus desktop using your ChildPlus username and password, and then click "Sign In":

Note: The username for the last person to log into the ChildPlus desktop will appear in the username field. Delete the username and enter your own.
