Access voicemails, record greetings, or change your pin using your Polycom desk phone.





Step 1) To access your voicemail settings, dial *99# on your Polycom desk phone. You will hear "Please enter your pin, followed by the # key." Enter your voicemail pin and press the # key. Note: The default voicemail pin is your phone number extension.




Step 2) Next, you will hear the following options:


  1. For new messages, press 1.
  2. For saved messages, press 2.
    1. To replay this message, press 5.
    2. To go to the next message, press 6.
    3. To go to the previous message, press 4.
    4. To delete this message, press 7.
    5. To forward this message, press 8.
    6. To save this message, press 9.
    7. Or press # to return to the main menu.
  3. For mailbox options, press 4, or press # to exit.
    1. To record your unavailable greeting, press 1.
    2. To record your busy greeting, press 2.
    3. To record your name greeting, press 3.
    4. To record your out of office greeting, press 4.
    5. To change your pin, press 5, or press # to return to the main menu.
