When the File Option Filename defaults to C:\Nextgen\ (which happens sporadically from time to time):

 



You must enter the correct file path by clicking the file and entering:


\\cl-ngapp-svr in the file address bar:



Make sure default.txt is cleared from the File name:



Click on Biller Drive then 837 Electronic Files




Add the proper file name for the claim being created with no file extension appended to it (.txt, .doc, .docx, .xslx, etc.) the click Open:




The correct file path will now show in the File Options:




Click Process, claim files will be sent to the correct location.
