Step 1) Navigate to portgamblesklallam-humanresources.freshdesk.com, and click "New Support Ticket" to create a new ticket, or you can read through any of the listed articles:




Step 2) Enter your work email in the "Requester" text field and a subject in the "Subject:" text field. Choose a topic from the "Type:" drop-down menu. Ask your question or describe your issue in the "Description" text field. You may include a screenshot by clicking on "+ Attach File" and uploading a file. When finished, click the checkbox for the "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA, and then click "Submit":
