In the EHR, go to Tools then Preferences
Go to the Templates tab
Find the Template you want to add to Preferred and click the arrow pointing right to move it to the Preferred list then click apply at the bottom
You can also remove Templates from the Preferred list by doing the opposite
Always hit Apply after making changes before exiting or your changes will not take effect.
