The PGST government provides meeting rooms and facilities to Tribal members for public use (e.g. trainings, funerals, community events.) These are managed via calendars by the Administrative staff, inquiries can be sent to the emails below.
- rooms@pgst.nsn.us => Rooms
Outlook online https://outlook.office.com go to your profile in the upper-right and click on your avatar, then choose open another mailbox
Type in search 'rooms', then select rooms from the directory, then select Open
This will open another tab with the rooms@pgst.nsn.us mailbox. You can verify in the URL. Click on Share then enter an email address, then click Share
From the recipients perspective they will receive and invite in their email. Click on Add this calendar (note: sometimes it's filtered into the Spam folder.)
They will be asked to sign in using the same email provided
A security code will be sent to their email address, that will allow then to open and view the calendar.
