Go https://office.com and sign in with your email and password.  In the upper-left hand corner of your browser click on the stack of boxes then select the Sharepoint icon.



In the search bar, type in the site you are looking for (e.g. Court Services).  Click on your site to navigate there.



On the left click on Documents.  From here you can Upload your file or Share a file.




Click on a file or a folder, then click on the Share button.



Enter an email address (this can be an internal or external email), then select a permission level View or Edit. Then type a message for the recipient. Please contact IT if you need additional assistance (submit a ticket)
