Step one: Open Microsoft Remote Desktop, click on the (+), then click and add PC
Step Two: Enter the name of the server in the PC name box
The new Nextgen PC name will be: cl-term-svr4
Step Three: Add your user account by clicking on ‘ask when required’
If you already have a username set up for other servers, you will see your username there, click it then hit the add button at the bottom. If you do not have a username set up type kloomachin\<your username> then enter your network password and then hit add.
