Step One
Search for ‘Remote Desktop Connection’ and open it
Step Two:
Type in the server name, cl-term-svr4, then click Show Options
Step Three:
Enter your User Name: kloomachin\<your user name> (the one you use to log in to your computer) then click Save As
Step Four: Click on Desktop to save the connection on your Desktop. Name the file cl-term-svr4 and click save.
Step Five: On your Desktop, find the new cl-term-svr4 computer icon and double click it.
Step Six: You will be asked to enter your password, enter it here (the same password you use to log in to your computer) check the Remember me box the click OK. This will take you into the new Nextgen server. The cl-term-svr4 icon on your desktop is how you will access the server from now on.
