In Outlook on your Mac
Click on an email message you want to share. Then in the upper-right click on the 3-dots to bring up the hidden menu and click on Share to Teams
Type in pgst- and click on PGST-Announcements. Then put in a message and share.
On the web https://outlook.office.com
Click on a email message
Then in the message click on the 3-dots on the upper-right, then click on Share to Teams
Then type in a few letters to search for the channel pgst-, then choose PGST-Announcements
Type in a few words for the message
In Outlook Windows Version
Click on the message, then click on the icon in the Ribbon.
Type in pgst- and click on PGST-Announcements
Then type a few words for the message.
